Our amazing VIP Day Care starts with home collection (full days only), an amazing 5-6 hour experience.
You are welcome to book half day session but this will be a drop off and collection only service, not pick up included.
Please note - your dog will need to have a solid recall and be well mannered on the lead.

Are VIP Days right for my Dog?
One of the main advantages of sending your dog to a VIP day is that they get quality time with a pack of other dogs. This provides enrichment and teaches dogs how to behave around others. We have a responsibility to EVERY dog that we take on our days to ensure their welfare is at the top of our list.
We have a core fundamental requirement from our pack and that is to be sociable and well behaved around people and dogs.
How much is a VIP Day Care?
A full day out for your dog is just £28.00. We include free collection and return. Guaranteed fun and stimulation with games, exercise and play time throughout the day. We collect from 0900 and return starting at around 1530

What if I have more than one dog?
For multiple dogs we give 10% discount if you book more than one dog on the same booking we will discount the additional dogs by 10%, this discount will be applied automatically at the time of payment. (This discount does not apply in addition to the recurring discounts above)
How do I amend my Bookings?
Your bookings can be amended easily using our smartphone app. Please ensure you give 48 hours notice for any changes.
Can I cancel bookings?
You are free to cancel your bookings at anytime using our mobile app. Please ensure you provide 48 hours notice. In line with our terms and conditions we reserve the right to charge in full for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice from the time of the booking. We have limited spaces and short term cancellations cause us a loss of revenue as we are unable to fill the slots with such short notice.
Does the Weather affect the VIP Days?
We are mindful of poor weather when we operate our VIP Adventures. We always have alternative locations and plans in mind should the weather be bad enough to affect the enjoyment or safety of the pack.
If we have to completely cancel the VIP Day before we collect the dogs due to unforeseen weather conditions we will provide you with a credit to use on a future VIP Day, this will be applied automatically to your account in the app, the next time you book it will be free of charge..we cannot however provide refunds or credits if we have to end the day early due to poor or unsafe conditions, the welfare and happiness of the dogs always comes first. If you decide that you would prefer not to send your dogs with us on the day, your appointment will still be payable in full.
