SECURE
There is a coded padlock on the gate to enter. Once your booked time slot is confirmed you will received a code in your reminder email and text one hour before your time slot.
Bookings
If you cancel with at least 48hrs notice before your booking we can refund/credit your account and re open the time slot. If you contact us with less than 48hrs to go, we cannot guarantee your time slot will be refunded, as we may not be able to fill the slot.

SLOTS OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
Your booked time slot will be confirmed Via text and email. This will confirm your time slot and how many dogs. The will be a code required to enter the park and once booked the code will be sent to your reminder email & text 1 hour before your time slot.

What if I have more than 1 dog?
Your bookings can be amended easily using our smartphone app. Please ensure you give 48 hours notice for any changes.
